Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email to hello@ulastories.com.

Important Details

• We will refund the cost of the product. However, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit. Items must be unused, and in their original condition - unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
• If exchanging an item, customers are responsible for the shipping fee for the new item.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for lost or damaged returns.
