Shipping policy

All Ūla Stories orders are shipped with the courier companies. Currently, we offer shipping within Lithuania only.

Orders above 100 EUR are shipped for free of charge. The delivery of orders of smaller value (below 100 EUR) costs from 3 EUR to 8 EUR depending on the package weight and chosen delivery option (parcel locker or home delivery).

Additional Notes

• All orders are processed & shipped within 2-4 working days.
• In rare cases, deliveries may experience delays due to factors beyond our control. While we strive for timely shipping, we appreciate your patience if any delays occur. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@ulastories.com.
• After your order is placed we send you a confirmation email. Every order comes with a tracking code, which will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
• Delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand (especially in November & December) or unexpected global events, such as strikes, postal disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.
